Welcome to the COWRIE Data Management System. This is the source for the environmental data and information generated under The Crown Estate's second Licensing Round for offshore renewables. COWRIE has created a data store to handle all environmental records to be submitted to The Crown Estate by offshore renewables developers under the terms of their licence agreements and the data generated within COWRIE-funded research projects.

COWRIE provides access to metadata (data about the data) and through search criteria, keywords and interactive maps allows you to find, view records and download data and information resources from the Data Catalogue. More details of the system are available on the Advice pages.

The COWRIE Data Catalogue is FREE to use. Some services require you to register. Please Register through the COWRIE Registration pages. For a full range of access and for Developers or Researchers that require enhanced permissions to upload data to the system please contact the COWRIE Data Officer.
